1. Log in to your Partner account on www.ringana.com
2. At the bottom right of the screen you’ll see the Chat speech bubble
3. Just click on the “Let’s go” button
4. Word your question as clearly and with as much detail as possible (e.g. “Where can I find the invoicing plan?” or “I have registered a new Partner. When will their account be settled?”).
5. If your question has been answered, please click on YES.
6. If your question has not been answered, you can click on NO and you can either ask your question again with a different wording, or you can chat with a member of the Partner & Customer Services Team in German, English or Spanish.
